Sharpy is a wellness companion for people using GLP-1 medications (including but not limited to semaglutide and tirzepatide products). It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat disease, and does not provide medical, nutritional, or pharmaceutical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, diet, or exercise plan.
Little Tough LLC ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use Sharpy on iOS devices that you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the app.
Sharpy offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on purchase confirmation. You can review, manage, or cancel at any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
The student rate is offered on an honor system. By enabling it, you confirm that you are currently enrolled as a student. We do not verify enrollment. Misuse may result in loss of access.
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We are not able to process refunds directly.
Anything you enter into Sharpy (meals, workouts, weight, answers, etc.) stays on your device. We do not claim ownership of it because we do not hold it — see our Privacy Policy.

Sharpy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Your results will vary based on your medication, diet, exercise adherence, and medical history. Little Tough LLC makes no guarantee of weight loss, muscle preservation, health outcome, or any specific result.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Little Tough LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Sharpy, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Little Tough LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
