How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → choose Sharpy. You can change plans or cancel from there.
I was charged but Sharpy still shows "Free."
On the paywall, tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple transaction ID.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you enter stays on your device in the iOS Keychain. Uninstalling the app removes all of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is Sharpy a medical app?
No. Sharpy is a wellness companion. Always consult your doctor before changing your medication, diet, or exercise routine.
