Privacy Policy

Our principle: your data belongs to you. This policy explains what that means for anyone using Sharpy.

1. No account required

Sharpy does not ask you to sign up, log in, or provide your name, email, address, or any identifiable information. You can use the entire app without ever creating an account.

2. Your health data stays on your device

Everything you enter into Sharpy is stored locally on your iPhone, inside the iOS Keychain. This includes:

• Your onboarding answers (age, weight, height, goals, preferences)
• Your weight history and body measurements
• Meal logs, water intake, workout logs, and any custom workouts
• Your Shape Score and daily progress

None of this is uploaded to our servers. Little Tough LLC cannot access, view, or retrieve any of it.

3. No selling. No advertising. No data brokers.

We do not sell your data. We do not serve advertising inside Sharpy. We do not share your information with data brokers, marketers, or any third party for any purpose.

4. What technical services the app uses

To run reliably, Sharpy uses three industry-standard services. None of them receive the health data described in Section 2.

• Apple StoreKit — if you buy a subscription, Apple processes payment under their own terms. We never see your card details.
• RevenueCat — verifies that your subscription is active across reinstalls. Only a randomly generated anonymous identifier is sent.
• Firebase (Google) — receives:
  • Anonymous crash reports (no user content)
  • Anonymous interaction counts such as "screen_display" and "click_happen"
  • Remote Config values (app reads a small JSON blob; no user data is sent)

These events contain no names, email addresses, health entries, or meal contents.

5. Children

Sharpy is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

6. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for you to request, download, or delete from Little Tough LLC. Uninstalling Sharpy removes all local data from your device.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the Effective Date above. Material changes will be highlighted inside the app before they take effect.
